Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine (lite will work)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    pepper
Preparation
    Pare and dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Gently boil potatoes 10 minutes in 1 cup boiling water.
    Add salt.
    Chop onion and parsley.
