Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas
    1 small head fresh cauliflower
    1/2 cup diced celery
    mayonnaise to moisten
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 pkg. hidden valley ranch dressing
Preparation
    Boil peas for 2 minutes; drain, let cool.
    Wash and separate cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
    Add onions and celery. Sprinkle dressing mix over mixture and add mayonnaise.
    Stir.
    When peas are cool, add them to mixture and stir carefully.
    Serve cold.
