Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
    3 c. whipped topping
    1 (16 oz.) can peaches, sliced
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pear halves
Preparation
    Drain and chop fruit.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add juice concentrate, stir until dissolved.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Blend in whipped topping, fold in fruit.
    Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
    Unmold and slice.
    Garnish, if desired.
    Makes 8 to 12 servings.
