Rolled Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lard
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat the egg and 1/2 cup milk.
    Cut in lard into flour mixture.
    Add milk and egg mixture. Roll out and cut in small squares.
    Drop into boiling broth.
