Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large Russet potatoes
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 large chopped onion
    3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on until firm-tender, not completely cooked.
    Cool 6 hours or overnight.
    Peel potatoes; coarsely grate.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Place in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour (covered for 1/2 hour and uncovered for last 1/2 hour).
