Microwave Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
4 to 5 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. cooked diced ham, chicken or salami
Preparation

Melt butter in casserole dish; microwave on High for 40 seconds.
Add eggs; cover.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir; re-cover and microwave for an additional minute.
Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to blend and microwave for 3 to 5 minutes on High.
