Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
    16 oz. can whole tomatoes, chopped (do not drain)
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in oil.
    Add flour and stir until smooth (1 minute).
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil and remove from heat.
    Makes 2 cups.
