Pumpkin Pie(9-Inch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Put everything into a blender; mix together until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    May sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger on top or add to mixture before pouring into shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
