Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. instant dry milk
3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. If sugar doesn't seem to want to dissolve, place small bowl in larger bowl of hot water and continue mixing. Makes 14 ounces.
