Beef Stroganoff (Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sirloin
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 pkg. Lipton instant onion-mushroom soup mix
    8 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 c. hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Slice beef into bite-size pieces.
    Fry pieces with garlic in a nonstick skillet or pan coated with nonstick vegetable oil spray. Just before beef is done, add mushrooms.
    While meat cooks, prepare sauce.
