Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    3 c. hot water
Preparation
    Melt butter and brown chopped onion.
    Add rice, bouillon cubes and water.
    Mix well and bake in casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
