Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. powdered garlic
1 tsp. minced onion
3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
3 to 4 c. pecans, chopped very fine and toasted for 3 to 5 minutes
chili powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except pecans and chili powder very well. Shape into ball, roll in toasted pecans and chili powder on wax paper.
Chill in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days before serving.
