Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head of lettuce
1/2 bunch romaine
1/2 c chopped green onion
1/2 c celery
1 c thin strips of cold cooked meat, beef, chicken, turkey, ham, etc.
1 c thin strips of swiss cheese
1/4 c your favorite salad dressing
Preparation

Tear greens into bite size pieces. Toss greens with onion, celery, meat and cheese. Just before serving toss with dressing. I also like to use a mixture of more than one king of meat and cheddar cheese, along with the swiss cheese. Hard boiled eggs and ripe olives are also good in this recipe.
