Rich Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and powdered sugar. Cut butter in until crumbly.
Press onto bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and remaining 3 tablespoons flour; mix well.
Pour over baked crust; bake for 20 minutes.
Cool.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Store in refrigerator.
