Kay'S Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    sirloin (12 oz. to 1 lb.)
    1 sweet bell pepper
    3 hot banana peppers
    1 stalk celery
    2 large carrots
    1 large onion
    1 to 2 cloves garlic or 2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Cajun spices
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Slice, chop or dice
    vegetables.
    Cut meat into strips. Preheat stir-fry pan.
    Coat pan
    with cooking oil and 1 tablespoon margarine.\tSaute garlic, onion
    and carrots.
    Add meat, stirring frequently.
    Add
    spices
    and vegetables.
    Cook until meat is browned and vegetables
    are tender.
    Add soy sauce, if desired, minutes before removing from pan.
    Serve over rice.
