Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 peppers
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Microwave 1 cup rice, 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon margarine. Mix ground beef and onion.
    Nuke 2 minutes; stir and nuke 2 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Also can use Accent or Season-All.
