Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil or melted shortening
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs, milk and oil; then add the rest and mix well.
You can make all at one time, then refrigerate or freeze and pop in microwave for a fast breakfast any time later.
