Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2/3 stick butter
    2 pkg. broccoli spears, cook until tender
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute bell pepper and onion in butter.
    Cook rice and broccoli separately.
    Mix together all ingredients, saving some cheese to sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
