Orange Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/4 lb. confectioners sugar
2 lemons (juice) or 6 Tbsp. ReaLemon
2 oranges (juice) or 3/4 c. orange juice

Preparation

Mix yellow cake mix as directed. Place 1 teaspoon of cake batter into small greased and floured muffin tins.
Bake until light brown, approximately 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
While hot, dip each one in the mixture of confectioners sugar, orange juice and lemon juice.
Cool on waxed paper.
Top with confectioners sugar rosettes with green leaves.
