Creamy Apple-Cabbage Slaw(Serves 100) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 lb. sour cream
3 Tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 1/2 lb. apples, pared and thinly sliced
12 lb. cabbage, shredded
Preparation

Mix sour cream and seasonings.
Chill.
Sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
Lightly mix cabbage with apples.
Pour sour cream mixture over cabbage mixture just before serving.
Toss lightly.
