Stove Top Bass - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small, whole, cleaned bass (about 1/2 lb. each)
    salt and pepper
    fresh tomatoes
    bell pepper
    sliced onions
    1/4 stick oleo
Preparation
    Melt oleo in skillet.
    Salt and pepper fish.
    Add fish to pan. Cook 2 minutes on each side.
    Add cut-up tomatoes, pepper and onions.
    Add small amount of water.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 4 minutes or until vegetables are desired tenderness.
    Serve over rice, if desired.
