Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 slices French bread, cubed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage, browned and drained
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard and nutmeg.
    Add parsley, bread, sausage and cheese.
    Pour into a buttered 9 X 13 casserole. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes (325\u00b0 if using glass pan).
    Let stand a few minutes before serving. Serves 6-8 generously.
