Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. rice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    medium chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    tomato soup
Preparation
    Steam rice; melt butter in saucepan.
    Saute onion; add beef and brown, then drain.
    Season with salt and paprika.
    Place in greased baking dish 1/3 of rice and 1/2 of meat.
    Sprinkle over half of celery and pepper.
    Repeat process.
    Place last of rice on top. Pour tomato soup over all.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Serves 6.
