Baked Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Pour 1/2 cup melted oleo over thawed potatoes; mix other ingredients except the corn flakes and remaining oleo.
Mix with potatoes thoroughly.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish. Mix the remaining oleo with the crushed corn flakes and spread over the top of the potatoes.
This dish may be fixed in the morning and refrigerated.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 8.
