Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boil-in-bag packets rice
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Cook rice as normal.
    Saute onions and cook shrimp in oil for about 5 minutes, or until shrimp is pink.
    Add eggs; stir constantly until mixed.
    Add soy sauce, rice and mushrooms. Slowly add water; simmer.
