Iowa Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn mix
1 can creamed corn
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill seed
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large onion
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Combine corn mix, corn, egg and milk and put in a long baking dish.
Dice onion and saute in margarine.
Combine onion and margarine, sour cream, salt, dill seed and 1/4 cup cheese.
Mix and put on top of mixture in baking dish like frosting.
Pour rest of cheese on top of casserole.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
