Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large stewing chicken
    3 to 5 oz. vermicelli
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can green peas, drained
    2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can green peas, drained
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine chicken with water to cover in large saucepan.
    Cook until chicken is very tender.
    Drain and reserve 3 to 4 cups of chicken stock.
    Chop chicken, discarding bones and skin.
