Beef Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. short ribs
1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
2 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 bouillon cube
1/4 c. honey or jelly
Preparation

Place ribs in a pan.
Place remaining ingredients on top. Cook in slow oven about 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
