Lingonberry Catsup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. wild lingonberries*
1 very large onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
3 c. sugar or to taste
1/2 c. vinegar or to taste
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

*Note:
Ten 1-pound cans of whole cranberries or 10 (1-pound) bags of frozen may be used in any combination to taste.
