Boy Scout Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 carrots, sliced
Preparation

Spray 4 large pieces of aluminum foil with Pam.
Divide beef into 4 patties.
Layer beef patty, vegetables, salt and pepper in center of foil pieces.
Top with pat of butter.
Wrap foil around and secure edges.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Can be grilled over coals.
