Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix cornflake crumbs, cheese and salt in a large Baggie.
    Dip potatoes in melted butter and coat with crumbs.
    Place potatoes in lightly greased baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
    Serve with extra butter and sour cream.
