Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix Crisco, sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy.
Add salt, baking powder and flour slowly until well mixed.
Add cocoa last. Mix at high speed until well mixed.
Pour into well-greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done when checked with a toothpick.
