Mimi'S Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter flavor cake mix
    4 eggs, room temperature
    2/3 c. buttermilk, room temperature
    1 stick real butter, room temperature
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease and flour sides and bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients in order given.
    Mix at low speed until moistened.
    Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Pour batter in pan and bake for 35 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes, then cut into pieces and remove all of cake from pan (if using a metal pan).
    Transfer cut pieces to a serving or cake platter.
