"That" Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
2 to 3 c. cooked cubed chicken (6 pieces)
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation

Layer chicken on rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine dressing, cranberry sauce and onion soup mix and heat in saucepan. Bring to boil and let simmer 2 or 3 minutes.
Pour over chicken. Cover dish and cook until heated through, about 30 minutes.
