Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh ground cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. bacon grease
Preparation
    In
    a medium bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Make a well in center; add egg and beat as you gradually
    add milk.
    Heat a large cast-iron skillet with the bacon
    grease until grease is hot.
    Stir cornmeal mixture good and
    pour in skillet and bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20
    to 25 minutes.
    Invert cornbread onto serving plate.
    Cut in pie-shape slices and serve.
