Crumb-Topped Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. Fruit & Fibre
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Add 1 1/2 cups of cereal.
Measure 1/3 cup of the mixture; set aside.
Add milk and egg to remaining flour mixture; blend thoroughly.
Pour into greased and floured 8-inch square pan.
Mix measured crumb mixture with remaining cereal and sprinkle on batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
