Low-Fat Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 large onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large green pepper
    2 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped and well drained of excess juice
    1 Tbsp. thyme, garlic powder and lemon pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    any wheat mixed pizza crust (from dairy section)
    Hunt's Italian spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cover pizza crust with Hunt's Italian spaghetti sauce.
    Brown the first 4 ingredients, then add tomatoes.
    Add thyme, garlic powder, lemon pepper and salt; mix well.
    Spray pizza pan with Pam.
    Spread pizza mixture on crust; cook 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
