Fresh Greens(Turnip, Mustard, Kale) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or more greens of your choice
    1 piece ham hock or fatback
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    First you remove stalks from the leaves.
    Then you wash your greens until they are grit free.
    Cut them up and put in Dutch oven with seasonings and meat.
    Cover with water.
    Cook until meat is done and by that time, the greens will be done.
