Cold Corn Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen corn, thawed
    1 red onion, chopped
    1 red or green pepper, chopped
    1/2+ c. mint or cilantro
    10 Roma tomatoes, chopped
    6+ Tbsp. oil
    4+ Tbsp. lemon/lime juice
    2+ ??? cumin
Preparation
    Mix together corn, onion, pepper, mint and tomatoes.
    Blend in oil, lemon/lime juice and cumin.
    Chill overnight.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add chopped jalapenos for a real Mexican flavor. Fantastic with grilled marinated chicken.
