Meatballs On Crisp Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
    1 small red pepper, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, soy sauce and ginger.
    Shape by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls.
    Cook and stir meatballs in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until brown, about 15 minutes; drain.
