1015 Onion And Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large 1015 onion, thinly sliced (3 c.)
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    dash of nutmeg
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
Preparation
    Saute onion and zucchini in margarine until tender.
    Place in shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, dry mustard and half of cheese.
    Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
