Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 corn tortillas
    1/2 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. water
    hot oil
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Dip each tortilla in hot oil to soften. Place tortillas on plate.
    Drain oil from skillet; brown beef in same skillet.
    Add salt, chili powder and flour.
    Mix until blended.
    Add water and let thicken.
