Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large red peppers
    12 large green peppers
    15 medium size onions
    3 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Grind the peppers and onions with medium blade of chopper. Cover with boiling water. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain until quite dry. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed. Boil 15 minutes. Place in containers of your choice.
