Fall Harvest Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 cooking apple, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain well.
    Combine rice with all ingredients.
    Bake in 2-quart baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
