Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
1 can beef consomme
1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Salt and pepper pork chops; brown in oil.
Remove and set aside.
Put rice into drippings in frying pan and brown, stirring constantly.
In casserole, place browned rice and remaining ingredients.
Put pork chops on top of rice.
Cover and cook 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
