Spinach Quiche(Lo-Fat, Low-Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    regular oil pie crust
    1 carton Egg Beaters
    1 tall can evaporated skim milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    10 oz. spinach (frozen), cooked and drained
    1/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    few dry onions (French-fried)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except onions and pour into pie crust. Sprinkle onions
    on top.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0 then 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
