Ingredients

2 bars (4 oz.) white baking chocolate
1/3 c. margarine
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. dried apricots, finely chopped
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Over low heat, melt together white chocolate and margarine. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well and set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into chocolate mixture.
Combine apricots, almonds and coconut. Mix well and pour half into chocolate mixture.
Pour chocolate mixture into greased 9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle remaining apricot mixture over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and cut into squares.
Absolutely wonderful.
