Weight Watchers Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. tomato juice
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    10 c. water (can use less)
    2 (15 oz.) cans green beans
    1 pkg. (1 lb.) carrots, cleaned and chopped
    1/2 pkg. celery, chopped
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. dry onions or a real onion (medium), chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Cook down everything until tender; 25 calories per cup.
