Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (approximately 4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch.
Heat 1 cup of water with 1/2 to 2 teaspoons salt to boiling.
Add broccoli, cover and cook until tender.
Drain; mix broccoli, onion, green peppers and cheese in pie plate.
Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake until golden brown at 350\u00b0 or 325\u00b0 about 35 to 40 minutes.
