Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in thin slices.
    Place in pan.
    Mix sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg.
    Place over potatoes; add water.
    Cut butter and layer over ingredients.
    Cover with pie crust.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
